Joep R.

Joep R. has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Battery Engineering Intern at Tesla Motors in 2014. Joep also worked as a Chief Signals & Control at Solar Team Eindhoven, where they were responsible for the communication and control network of the car.

In 2011, Joep worked as a Freelance Web Developer, setting up specific offers for clients and maintaining effective communication with them. Joep also held the role of Tutor in Math and Physics at StudentsPlus Bijlessen from 2011 to 2013.

Joep co-founded Next Level Electronics, a spin-off company of Solar Team Eindhoven, where they worked as a Co-founder and Embedded Engineer. Joep was responsible for the development of the embedded software and hardware.

At Camptoo, Joep had multiple roles including Lead Developer & Product and later transitioned into a CTO role. Joep played a key role in setting up the Camptoo platform from scratch and managed a product team of 15 people.

Currently, Joep is employed as a Manager of Engineering at Sensorfy, leading a team dedicated to developing smart sensors and analytics for industrial companies. Sensorfy aims to eliminate unplanned downtime and extend the lifetime of assets.

Throughout their career, Joep has demonstrated their technical expertise in various fields and their ability to take on leadership roles, making him an experienced professional in the technology industry.

Joep R. began their education at Sint-Janscollege Hoensbroek from 2003 to 2009, where they obtained a VWO NT+NG degree with a focus on Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English, and Dutch. Joep then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology, completing it in 2013. During this time, they also obtained the certification for Electrical Engineering BSc from the same institution in July 2013. Subsequently, Joep R. continued their studies at Eindhoven University of Technology for a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, which they completed in September 2017. Joep was also awarded the certification for Electrical Engineering MSc in the same month and year. In addition to their academic achievements, there is mention of Joep R. receiving the Honors Horizon certification from Eindhoven University of Technology in July 2013.
