Arnaud P.j. Giese

Arnaud P.J. GIESE is a highly experienced professional in pharmacology and gene therapy, currently serving as Group Leader of the Animal Pharmacology Platform and as a Preclinical Development Scientist at Sensorion since November 2020. Prior experience includes an academic position as Instructor and Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Maryland School of Medicine from June 2014 to December 2021, and a Postdoctoral Research Fellow role at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center from June 2011 to June 2014. Arnaud GIESE has a strong foundation in cell biology and pathophysiology, holding a Doctorate in Biological Cell and Pathophysiology from Université de Bordeaux, complemented by various degrees in the same field. Research interests include the study of hearing loss related to genetic and environmental factors, with significant contributions to the understanding of planar cell polarity and pluripotent stem cell maintenance.
