Andy Worby is currently the Strategy & Transformation Director at Sensormatic EMEA. Prior to that, Andy worked at Martin and Co. Ltd. as a Partner, focusing on renovations and home improvements within the residential sector. Andy also has experience as a Continuous Improvement Consultant at Carter Design Group and held various key positions at Office Depot, including Continuous Improvement Director and Director European Sales Operations. With a BSc in Environmental Sciences from the University of Surrey, Andy has a strong background in operations management and implementing strategic growth initiatives.
