Craig L. has extensive experience in program management and operational oversight within the retail sector. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Sensormatic and Tyco Retail Solutions since January 2017, Craig L. is responsible for the acquisition and growth of the TRS Inventory Intelligence solution portfolio, creating strategic customer program roadmaps that facilitate program expansion and ROI realization. Prior to this, Craig L. held a senior managerial position at Sports Authority from 2007 to 2016, overseeing store operations, project communications, and customer service initiatives.
