Martin Higgins is an accomplished leader in service delivery operations, currently serving as the Director of Retail Global & Remote Services at Sensormatic since February 2021. With expertise in overseeing remote diagnostic centers, customer response activities, and service analytics, Martin ensures exceptional service for connected assets and SaaS solutions. Prior to Sensormatic, Martin held key positions including Global Leader for ShopperTrak Operations and Global Operations Director at Tyco Retail Solutions, demonstrating a proven track record in business process redesign, customer satisfaction, and global executive management. Martin began a career in service and operational roles at FootFall and has extensive experience in the technological and retail industries, underpinned by a solid educational foundation from the University of Portsmouth.
