Penelope Finnie

Penelope Finnie has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Penelope is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Egal Pads, Inc, a position they have held since September 2021. Penelope also started Ask Jeeves for Kids during their tenure. Penelope continued their work as Chief Creative Officer at Ask.com, managing up to 60 employees and overseeing Ask.com, Ask Jeeves for Kids, and Teoma.

Before their time at Ask Jeeves, Penelope owned their own interactive media company called Jack of All Trades. They worked on various projects, including children's software for Knowledge Adventure and Oracle, as well as developing interactive media for the Hartford Group.

Penelope's earlier work experience includes a role as a wardrobe assistant at IATSE Local One from 1988 to 1990.

Penelope Finnie completed their education in a chronological manner. From 1978 to 1982, they attended Princeton University and earned a Bachelor's degree in Art History, Criticism and Conservation/ studio art. Following this, from 1983 to 1985, they pursued a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree at Columbia University.
