Karlijn Eskens has extensive experience in strategic marketing, business development, and project management. Karlijn is currently the Director of Strategic Marketing & Business Development at sensXPERT - Technology by NETZSCH. In their previous role as the Head of Project Management at Triple A Internetshops GmbH, they successfully led the development of a new strategic beauty tech line, established the project management department, and expanded operations into multiple countries. Before that, they served as the Head of Project Management at DRK-Kliniken Nordhessen Gemeinnützige GmbH. Karlijn also has experience in business development, operations management, and strategy consulting from their roles at OUTFITTERY, Rockstart Accelerator, Stirrr, Supercrew, and Thaesis.
Karlijn Eskens received a Master of Arts degree in New media & digital culture from Utrecht University in 2006. In 2008, they obtained a Diploma in Strategic Marketing Management from NIMA, Nederlands Instituut voor Marketing. In 2014, they completed a Scrum Master course at agile42. Karlijn then pursued an Executive MBA at ESCP Business School from 2018 to 2020. In 2019, they also obtained a certificate in Doing Business in India from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. Additionally, in 2021, Karlijn received a certification in ORSC™ Fundamentals - Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching from CRR Global.
