Nicholas Ecke is an Application Engineer at sensXPERT, specializing in optimizing plastics manufacturing since October 2022. Prior to this role, Nicholas served as Chief Engineer and Research Associate at the Chair of Composite Engineering from June 2015 to March 2022, and briefly worked as a Visiting Researcher at Qingdao University of Science and Technology. Nicholas also gained experience as a Working Student and Intern at corpuls | GS Elektromedizinische Geräte G.Stemple GmbH in 2012, and completed a Bachelor's Thesis at Deutsches Herzzentrum München. Additional academic experience includes a position as a Teaching Assistant for Software Engineering at Technische Universität München. Nicholas holds a Doctorate in Polymer Technology from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau, as well as an M.Sc. in Medical Technology and a B.Sc. in Energy Technology and Process Engineering from the Technical University of Munich.
