Beckie Ledbetter

Beckie Ledbetter has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the telecommunications industry. Beckie currently serves as the Director - US Sales at Sentaca, an IBM Company. Prior to their current role, they worked at Next Caller, a Pindrop® Company, where they started as a Senior Engagement Manager and later became responsible for managing and maintaining $5M in contracts as well as being the primary point of contact for Vericall customers.

Before their time at Next Caller, Ledbetter held positions at Bandwidth Inc. as the Director of Strategic Accounts and Director of Business Development. Beckie also worked at Sandvine as the Director of Solutions Engineering for the US, Canada, and Caribbean regions, and previously as a Solutions Engineer.

Earlier in their career, Ledbetter held the position of Vice President of Sales for the Regional US at Interop Technologies. Prior to that, they worked at Transaction Network Services as an Account Executive and Solutions Architect.

Their experience also includes roles at metroPCS as a Corporate Engineering Manager, Syniverse Technologies as a Senior Systems Engineer for Messaging Applications and SS7 Network Deployment, and Syniverse - GTE TSI as an Engineer.

Throughout their career, Ledbetter has demonstrated skills in sales, business development, customer support, technical expertise, and collaboration with industry partners. Beckie has a strong track record of managing and upselling accounts, troubleshooting technical issues, and developing innovative solutions.

Beckie Ledbetter's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Phoenix, which they obtained from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2009, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Management (BSB/M) from the same university. In 1995 to 1997, Beckie attended Northlake College, where they studied Business Management. Although the specific field of study is not provided for their Master's degree and their high school education, it can be assumed that their degrees and high school education were generalized without specialization. Additionally, Beckie has obtained a certification in Youth Mental Health First Aid USA from the NATIONAL COUNCIL FOR BEHAVIORAL HEALTH in May 2021.
