Irene G.

Irene G. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Irene is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Partner at IBM since April 2022. Prior to that, Irene worked as a Recruitment Consultant Lead at Snow Software from July 2021 to March 2022. Irene also gained experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Infrastructure Ontario from April 2021 to July 2021.

Before joining these organizations, Irene founded Niche Talent in 2012 and served as an Account Manager until April 2021. Irene also worked at IBM Global Business Services as a Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract) from August 2010 to August 2011, where they played a key role in setting talent objectives, headhunting candidates, and managing the recruitment cycle.

Earlier in their career, Irene served as a Resource Manager at Deloitte from April 2005 to February 2010. In this role, they deployed the Workforce Management practice across Canada and designed the process framework for workforce management. Prior to that, they worked as a Recruiting Consultant at CIBC in 2004 and as a Recruiter at Infotek Consulting Services Inc. from 2001 to 2003.

Irene G. has a BA in Psychology from York University. Additionally, they hold a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Seneca College in Toronto, ON, which was completed in 2010.
