Carol Kelley

Carol Kelley, CF APMP, currently serves as the BD Support Manager at Sentar Inc. since November 2018, leading a team of Proposal Professionals and overseeing the full life-cycle development process for proposals. Previous roles at Sentar Inc. include Proposal Manager, where Carol evaluated and improved proposal processes and published training for compliance and continuity. At Alutiiq, LLC, Carol held the positions of Proposal Coordinator and Proposal Manager from July 2016 to October 2018. Carol’s extensive experience dates back to Camber Corporation from September 1996 to July 2016, where responsibilities included managing proposal development, compliance tracking, and collaboration with proposal support staff. Carol's early career involved administrative support roles at Accent Human Resources and CAS, Inc., where skills in technical word processing and proposal support were honed. Carol holds a Secretarial Training Certificate in Office Administration from the University of North Alabama.
