Alesia McMillion has over 20 years of experience in healthcare management and program development, currently serving as the Manager of Value Based Care Programs, Design & Administration at Sentara Healthcare since November 2021. Alesia's responsibilities include developing and growing Value Based Care models and collaborating with stakeholders to align model design with strategic objectives. Prior roles include Network Relations Manager at Virginia Premier-Sentara Health, where Alesia focused on provider network development, and Manager of Value Based Purchasing at Virginia Premier, dedicated to enhancing value-based purchasing arrangements. Alesia also held various positions at Owens & Minor, Cardinal Health, and Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, gaining expertise in inventory management, product category management, and business systems supervision. Alesia earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Radford University.
