Cristina Ordoqui Gomez

Cristina Ordoqui Gomez, MBA, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Manager of Organizational Development & Organizational Excellence at Sentara Health, focusing on the redesign of Workday’s Talent Management processes. Previously, Cristina held roles at AvMed as a Talent Development Manager and Lead Talent Development Business Partner, where responsibilities included managing performance processes and developing competency frameworks. Prior experience includes various positions at Carnival Cruise Line, spanning from Manager of Organizational Development to Contact Center Training & Development Specialist, and earlier work at Fossil Group, Inc., West Elm, Haute Living Magazine, and Pier 1 Imports. Cristina holds an MBA in Human Resources and a BA in English Language and Literature from Florida International University.
