Crystal May

Crystal May is an accomplished professional in pharmacy operations and compliance, currently serving as the Director of Pharmacy Operations and Compliance at Sentara Healthcare since June 2020. Prior experience includes roles at Virginia Premier, where Crystal transitioned through an organizational acquisition from Medicare Pharmacy Operations Director to various positions within the pharmacy sector. Crystal's career began as a Pharmacy Technician at Ukrop's Super Markets and evolved through several positions, culminating in a role focused on pharmacy billing at the Virginia Department of Veterans Services. Crystal holds a Master of Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from South University, complementing a foundational education from Longwood University.
