James Grosch

James Grosch has over two decades of experience in information technology, currently serving as a Technical Manager at Sentara Healthcare since 1998. Key achievements include successfully leading numerous corporate-wide projects, such as migrating systems for 35,000 users to an Exchange Mail System and managing a data center expansion from 150 to over 3,000 servers without additional staffing. James has demonstrated exceptional project management skills, including efficiency improvements through workflow creation and consolidating server systems. Additionally, experience as a Senior Network Engineer involved designing and managing significant directory services and application deployment systems. James holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology Project Management from Kaplan University and has Associate’s Degrees from Tidewater Community College and Saint Leo University.
