Joanna Hudak

Joanna Hudak has extensive experience in healthcare management and respiratory therapy, currently serving as the Manager of Patient Care Services at Sentara Health since January 1996. Joanna has held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Patient Care Services and overseeing various ancillary clinical departments. Additional responsibilities include project management and clinical IT liaison work, while leading the development of the Respiratory Therapy Center of Excellence. As the owner of Graceful Transitions LLC since January 2020, Joanna offers end-of-life planning and nursing home selection services. Previous roles include Manager of Respiratory Therapy and Pulmonary Diagnostics at Sentara Leigh Hospital and Director of Operations at Ibza Consulting, along with clinical roles at Children's Hospital of the Kings Daughters and several other healthcare facilities. Joanna holds a Master of Science degree from Troy University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Cardio Respiratory Sciences from SUNY Health Science Center.
