Ozan Tuncer

Ozan Tuncer is an experienced professional in risk management and operations, currently serving as an Independent Board Member at Yemekpay Elektronik Para ve Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş. since January 2022. Ozan also holds the position of Due Diligence & Operations Partner at Sente Ventures, actively investing in global technology entrepreneurs since June 2017. Previously, Ozan was the Head of Risk Management Group at Alternatifbank A.S., overseeing various risk management functions from May 2015 to May 2017. Ozan's extensive background includes senior roles at Experian, Societe Generale SA, and Fortis Bank, where responsibilities included risk analysis, credit policy management, and operational integration during mergers. Ozan's education includes a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Wales and an undergraduate education from Istanbul University.
