Tom Rhodes

Tom Rhodes has a vast work experience spanning over several industries. Tom is the Co-founder, President, and CEO of Sente Mortgage, a purpose-driven company that has been recognized as one of the "Best Places to Work" and one of the fastest-growing private companies in the United States. Tom played a pivotal role in growing Sente Mortgage from its founding in 2007 to 14 retail locations in Texas with over 130 employees.

Before Sente Mortgage, Tom served as the Managing Partner at Milestone Mortgage Corporation. Tom successfully managed origination and operations, leading a team of over 30 employees and consistently closing over $150 million in residential loans per year. Prior to their role as Managing Partner, Tom also held the position of Branch Manager at Milestone Mortgage.

Tom's previous work experience includes serving as the Regional Vice President at Brandywine Realty Trust, where they demonstrated their leadership skills from 1997 to 2001. Moreover, they worked as a Creative Executive at HBO from 1993 to 1997 and as a Literary Agent Assistant at Endeavor from 1991 to 1993.

Tom Rhodes attended Stagen Leadership Academy from 2009 to 2010, where they completed the Integral Leadership Program. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2008, they studied at The Aji Network, earning a BPC and LEIP. Tom obtained their Bachelor's degree in Economics from Duke University from 1987 to 1991. Earlier in their education, they attended Darien High School from 1985 to 1987. Tom also spent time at St. Paul's School in London from 1982 to 1985.
