Melissa Ly

Melissa Ly is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in software testing and consulting. Currently serving as an IT Specialist at the Department of Treasury IRS since December 2018, Melissa has also worked as an IRS Consultant for Integrated Services, Inc. since May 2013. Additionally, Melissa has held the role of Software Test Analyst for the IRS Report General Software at Sentel since February 2010. Previous experience includes positions as an OAM Integration Engineer and Feature Tester at Nortel Networks, where responsibilities included software integration and validation of wireless network technologies. Melissa began a career in software verification at Nortel, focusing on wireline long-distance switch software releases. Educational qualifications include studies at The University of Texas at Dallas from 1989 to 1991.
