Todd Colten

Todd Colten is currently the Manager of Field Operations and Customer Programs at Sentera, a John Deere Company. They began their career as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Circuit Check Inc. before moving on to Lockheed Martin, where they worked as a Mechanical Engineer from 2001 to 2011. Colten also served as a Systems Engineer at UTC Aerospace Systems and held several leadership positions at Sentera, including Sr. Director of Program Management, Director of Flight Services, and Chief Aerospace Engineer from 2015 to 2022. Additionally, Colten founded and currently operates Colten Antiheavy, LLC, providing independent consulting and product development services. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, which they obtained in 1999.
