Paul Boxer

Paul Boxer has extensive work experience, primarily in the management and leadership positions. Paul founded the Sentient group of companies in 1999 and has been serving as the Managing Director for them. The group includes various subsidiaries, such as Sentient Vision Systems and Sentient Ai Surveillance. Sentient Vision Systems specializes in developing target detection systems for airborne surveillance. It has grown into a successful multinational corporation, providing high-tech software to defense forces worldwide.

In addition to their involvement with the Sentient group, Paul Boxer has held various roles within Sentient Vision Systems. Paul served as the CEO of the company's US subsidiary, overseeing sales and integration engineering for customers in the US, Canada, and Mexico. Paul also played a significant role in the development of video analytics technology for real-time analysis of CCTV cameras.

Paul Boxer has further extended their expertise into other areas. Paul has been an investor in Melbourne Angels Inc since 2017, providing support to start-ups and SMEs. Paul also heads Sentient Inception, the investment arm of the Sentient Group, which offers mentoring, investment analysis, and angel investment funding to Australian start-ups and SMEs.

Furthermore, Paul Boxer founded Sentient Bionics in 2015, focusing on the development of advanced robotic prosthetics to improve the lives of amputees worldwide. Prior to their involvement with the Sentient group, they worked for Holden as a Vehicle Line Chief Engineer for Compact Cars.

Throughout their career, Paul Boxer has demonstrated their expertise in business management, strategy development, and innovative technological solutions.

Paul Boxer completed the Graduate of the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors in 2019. It is unclear when they started or completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science at RMIT University. Additionally, the start and end years are unknown for their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, also obtained from RMIT University.
