Crystal Quach

Crystal Quach has a diverse work experience in risk and fraud analysis. Crystal currently works as a Risk Analyst at SentiLink, where they utilize proprietary data and machine learning to combat synthetic fraud. Prior to that, they worked as a Corporate Security Investigator III at Bank of the West. Crystal also has experience in fraud data analysis, having worked as a Fraud Data Analyst II at Feedzai and as a Fraud Analyst at both Zynga and Sephora. Crystal began their career as a Fraud Analyst at Tobi, an online fashion boutique. Crystal's roles have allowed their to develop skills in risk assessment, fraud detection, and data analysis.

Crystal Quach has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration from San Francisco State University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including Online Marketing Foundations from LinkedIn in August 2020, SQL Scripting Fundamentals from AcademyX Computer Training in May 2018, Heartsaver® CPR AED from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association in November 2016, and Google Analytics and Google Adwords Fundamentals and Search Advertising Certification from Google in January 2018.
