Tom has held significant roles at Swiss Life Asset Managers, JLL, Colliers International Australia, Hill PDA Property Consultancy, Nathaniel Lichfield and Partners, and White Young Green, where responsibilities encompassed investment strategy, market research, economic modeling, and planning consultancy. Academic credentials include a Master of Property Development from the University of Technology Sydney, a Master’s Degree in Town and Country Planning from The University of Sheffield, and a BA in Human Geography from Nottingham Trent University.
