Julianne Sullivan

Julianne Sullivan is a First Vice President responsible for asset and property management in Sentinel’s Residential Direct portfolio group. Previously, she held the position of Regional Director of Real Estate for Sentinel’s West region residential portfolio. Prior to joining the firm in 2006, Ms. Sullivan was a Regional Manager at Ambling Management Company, specializing in multifamily and student housing. Ms. Sullivan has a BS in Business Management from Averett University and is a Certified Property Manager (CPM).
