Michael Gershman

Michael Gershman is a Vice President responsible for national value-added residential acquisitions and dispositions. Prior to joining Sentinel in 2021, he was Acquisitions Director at Infinity Collective, a New York-based developer, responsible for acquisitions of value-added multifamily, retail, mixed-use and hospitality assets across major US east coast urban markets. Mr. Gershman received a BS from the New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business with a dual major in Economics and Finance. He is active in the NYU Stern Center for Real Estate Finance Research (CREFR) and Urban Land Institute.
