Kent White

Kent White, CPA, has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Kent began their career as a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley, where they gained expertise in investment vehicles, financial planning, and financial markets. Kent then joined IBM as an Accounting Analyst, overseeing the integration of acquired companies into the financial reporting structure. At Johnson Lambert LLP, Kent served as a Senior Manager, leading financial statement audits for insurance companies, agencies, employee benefit plans, and non-profit organizations. Kent later joined IAT Insurance Group as the Controller of the Crop Insurance Division, where they enhanced operational control and compliance with regulatory guidelines. Kent then joined AgriLogic Insurance Services as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, contributing to the delivery of customized risk management policies to farmers and ranchers. Currently, they serve as the Chief Financial Officer at Sentinel Risk Advisors, providing strategic financial management.

Kent White, CPA, received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance and their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Spanish from East Tennessee State University, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Kent then pursued a Master of Accountancy (MAcc) degree in Accounting at the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, completing the program in 2003. In addition to their formal education, Kent has obtained several certifications, including the Associate in Insurance Accounting and Finance from The Institutes, Certified Management Accountant from the Institute of Management Accountants, Certified Public Accountant from the North Carolina State Board of CPA Examiners, and Chartered Global Management Accountant from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
