Andy Burke

Andy Burke, CIPP/US, currently serves as the Assistant General Counsel for Procurement & Marketing at SentinelOne since January 2022, with prior experience as Senior Counsel. Additionally, Burke holds the position of Judge Advocate in the U.S. Army Reserve Component since July 2021. Previous roles include General Counsel and Associate General Counsel at Barton Associates Inc. from May 2015 to January 2022, and Corporate Associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP from October 2013 to May 2015, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and general corporate matters. Early in the career, Burke was the Chemistry Department Supervisor and Senior Chemistry Technician at NextEra Energy Resources and held positions as a Summer Associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and Engineering Laboratory Technician in the US Navy. Academic credentials include a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from The New School.
