Heather Elsner

Heather Elsner, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Director of Sales Compensation at SentinelOne, a position held since November 2023. Previously, Elsner held the same title at Fiserv from March 2019 to November 2023, where responsibilities included leading the sales incentive plan design process for approximately 700 sales associates and creating a dashboard for quota and territory optimization. Prior to that, Elsner took a career break and worked at Abbott in various roles focused on strategic planning and financial analysis, earning multiple employee awards. Elsner's professional journey also includes valuable experiences at Johnson & Johnson and Sanofi-Aventis U.S. LLC, where exceptional sales performance earned numerous accolades. Academic achievements include an MBA from Duke University and a BA in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
