Joseph Serenity

Joseph Serenity, MS, currently serves as the Senior Recruiting Coordinator for Global Talent Operations at SentinelOne, where responsibilities include leading the Talent Acquisition Enablement Program and enhancing the Executive coordination process. Previously, Joseph held the role of Recruiting Coordinator at Google, focusing on candidate experience and logistics for interviews while also leading team bonding activities. Additionally, experience as an Assistant Girls Varsity Basketball Coach at Sedona Red Rock Junior/Senior High School complements a background in officiating at the Arizona Interscholastic Association, which refined skills in conflict resolution and decision-making. Joseph’s career also includes work as an Audio Visual Technician, providing technical support during conferences and events, and a strong educational foundation with a Master of Science in Hospitality and Tourism from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Arts and Performance from Arizona State University.
