Mihail Bakalov has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Mihail started their career in 2011 as a Photography assistant and post-production at Omi studio, where they gained experience in studio photography and post-production techniques. In 2015, they joined Ultra Pixel as a Photographer and Cameraman, working mainly with artists and commercial companies to create video productions and photoshoots.
In 2016, Mihail joined DMC, a TVT Company, as a VOD Scheduler before transitioning to the role of Junior Python Developer in 2018. At DMC, they gained experience in Python development.
In 2019, Mihail joined Signicat - Benelux as a Python Developer, working on various projects until they became the Team Lead Python Developer in 2021. Mihail then took on the role of Kotlin Developer in 2022 before joining Sentinels as a Python Developer later that year.

Mihail Bakalov pursued their education in a methodical and sequential manner. Mihail commenced their academic journey in 2007 at the New Bulgarian University, where they undertook a Bachelor's degree in Commercial Photography. This program spanned five years, concluding in 2012.
Continuing their educational journey, Bakalov further honed their skills and knowledge by enrolling in the Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences. From 2013 to 2015, they pursued a Master's degree in Media Design and Communication.
Moreover, Bakalov distinguishes himself by holding an additional certification. Mihail obtained the CAE - Certificate in advanced English from the prestigious British Council in April 2011.
