Tomás Ortiz Pérez has a diverse work experience in various roles. Tomás started their career at Editorial Electrónica UMH as an Ebooks Designer & Community Manager intern, where they were responsible for the layout of academic publications in both print and digital formats.

Tomás later joined Engel & Völkers Madrid Commercial as a Digital Marketing Assistant intern, contributing to the editorial strategy and analyzing email marketing campaigns. Tomás then became a Digital Marketing Manager, where they managed and monitored social media networks, developed content strategies, and optimized web positioning. Tomás also supported the management of Big Data using the company's internal CRM.

Tomás then moved on to Sétisis Intelligence, where they worked as a Social Media Analyst & Big Data Consultant. Tomás conducted research and social listening reporting for clients from various sectors, provided advice on brand digital strategies, and managed accounts for notable companies.

At Sétisis Intelligence, they also held the role of Product Support Manager, responsible for technical monitoring setup for new projects and focusing on customer success, technical support, bug reporting, and QA testing. Tomás also implemented an onboarding program for new clients.

Currently, Tomás is working at Sétisis Intelligence as a Product Manager. Tomás collaborates closely with the Development team, prioritizes backlog and sprint planning to deliver continuous value to customers, and works with the head of product to create the vision and build the roadmap. Tomás also tracks bugs and prioritizes tickets.

Tomás Ortiz Pérez obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism with a specialization in Corporate Reputation and Digital Formats from Universidad Miguel Hernández de Elche. Tomás attended this institution from 2009 to 2014.

In 2015 to 2016, Tomás pursued a Master's Degree in Digital Marketing Management with a focus on the Social Media Environment at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.

Additionally, Tomás obtained certifications in Google Adwords and Google Analytics in February and January of 2016 respectively, from Google.
