Sharad Khandelwal

Sharad Khandelwal is the Co-Founder and CEO of SentiSum. Prior to SentiSum, Sharad was the co-founder and CEO of askSenti, a company that developed a Siri like shopping chatbot powered by AI/NLP. While at askSenti, Sharad was unable to progress much due to technology limitations in providing a seamless customer experience. However, they did gain valuable experience and knowledge that they have been able to leverage in their current venture.

Sharad has also worked as an Associate Director at RBC Capital Markets, where they were responsible for FX risk, algo trading, hedging, and low latency e-trading. Sharad also worked as an Equities Algorithmic Trader at Merrill Lynch, where they were responsible for cash equities algo trading and hedging.

Before embarking on their career in the financial sector, Sharad worked as a software engineer at Infosys Technologies Ltd. Sharad holds a degree in computer science from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi.

Sharad Khandelwal has a Master of Science in software systems engineering from UCL and a Bachelor Of Technology in Information Technology from Motivational Pathway. Sharad also has certification from SCWCD in SCJP.
