Earlier roles include Key Account Manager and Account Manager at Telenor Sverige AB from 1999 to 2009, as well as Regional Sales Representative at Skandiabanken from 1997 to 1999. Thomas's career started at Malmö stad as a Youth Recreation Leader from 1990 to 1996, complemented by academic qualifications including a Master of Laws from Lund University.
