Andy Charlton has a diverse work experience in the fields of design, product management, and entrepreneurship. Andy is currently a Co-Founder at Sentr, a role they have held since 2021. Prior to this, they were the Co-Founder and Head of Product at Stakester from 2019 to 2023. At Stakester, they led the growth of the product, managed expansion into new markets, implemented agile product development strategies, and managed a product team.

Prior to that, they were a Digital Designer at Theta Systems Ltd from 2014 to 2015, where they were responsible for visual and interaction design elements of client projects.
Andy started their career as a Graphic Designer at Optimo Designs in 2013 and later worked as a Graphic Designer at Ted Baker in the same year. In these roles, they designed marketing collateral and print materials for various clients.
Andy's earliest work experience was as a Designer at Total Compliance, where they performed a complete overhaul of the brand's visual identity and logo.

Andy Charlton attended Northumbria University from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Multimedia Design.
