Pieter Malan

Pieter Malan has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Pieter most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer at Sentraal-Suid Co-operative starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Senwes from 2010 to 2022, where they held the positions of Managing Executive and Assistant General Manager:Operations. Before joining Senwes, they were the COO: Louis Dreyfus Africa at Louis Dreyfus Commodities from 2007 to 2010. Pieter also served as the Ops Director: Afgri Africa at AFGRI Operations Limited from 2005 to 2007.

Pieter Malan obtained a National Diploma in General Management from UNISA, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Pieter completed their studies at UNISA in 2005. In 2012, Pieter attended the Harvard Business School and focused on Agribusiness and Strategic Negotiations. Their studies at Harvard spanned from 2012 to 2013. In 2015, they enrolled in the Global Executive Development Program at GIBS Business School, which is also known as the Gordon Institute of Business Science.
