Lauren Predmore

Lauren Predmore has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, specializing in sales and event management. Lauren currently holds the position of Director of National Accounts at Sentral, a role they began in October 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Global Sales Director - North America at Selina from June 2022 to October 2022. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as the Director of Corporate Sales at PUBLIC, an Ian Schrager Hotel. Lauren also held positions such as Corporate Sales Manager at The Gramercy Park Hotel from 2016 to 2019 and Director of Group Sales at The Roxy Hotel from 2015 to 2016. Lauren has experience in catering and event sales, having worked as the Director of Catering & Event Sales at GrandLife Hotels from 2013 to 2015 and Assistant Director of Catering & Event Sales from 2011 to 2013. Lauren began their career as an Event & Catering Sales Manager at Corner Cafe & Bakery in 2009 and later worked as a Special Events Sales Manager / Restaurant Manager at Public House Investments from 2010 to 2011.

Lauren Predmore attended New York University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. Their field of study focused on Theatre and English Literature.
