As Senior Vice President of Sales Operations, Katie is a results-driven sales and operational leader who leads contracting, pricing, strategy, forecasting, optimizing the sales process, market assessment and territory planning, compensation plans, salesforce (CRM), sales tools, pipeline management. She joined Sentrics in 2022 and brings experience building and optimizing processes for enterprise sales teams, including driving increased sales, implementing best practices for customer relationship management tools, identifying new segment opportunities, and unlocking data-based insights to continuously improve sales performance.

Katie most recently served as the Vice President of Sales Operations for Strongline, where she was responsible for scaling the sales organization through the next phase of growth by developing sales strategies, implementing and streamlining processes and procedures to drive growth, and collaborating with leadership across the organization to achieve results. Prior to joining Strongline, Katie was the Vice President of Sales Operations at TractManager where she led the Sales Operations team, creating processes and tools to drive world class sales force and played a pivotal role in positioning the company for a successful exit.
