Brittany Tracey, MS, currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at SentriForce since April 2022, leveraging extensive experience in education and curriculum development. Previously, Brittany held roles at the Houston Independent School District, where responsibilities included planning and implementing curricula while collaborating with educators to address student needs. As an Education Coordinator at Broward County Public Schools, Brittany focused on enhancing teacher engagement through student-centered approaches and facilitated weekly lesson planning meetings to promote effective teamwork and conflict resolution. Brittany's educational background includes ongoing doctoral studies in Human Resource Development at Barry University, along with a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Florida International University and a psychology degree with a minor in sociology from Florida Atlantic University.
