Mason Williams is a seasoned leader with over 16 years of combined industry experience in Animal Health and Biotechnology. Mason has a passion for challenging the status quo and creating an organization wide vision for growth. Over his career he has established a broad business understanding along with expertise in marketing, category growth, organizational expansion and leadership development. Previously, Mason was Director of Retail Category Management and Shopper Marketing for Bayer, where he oversaw one of the largest revenue and promotional budgets for animal health. In addition, Mason helped lead organizational expansion and gained experience and expertise in eCommerce, category management, retail marketing operations and overall shopper marketing. Before Bayer Mason gained experience in Marketing and Therapeutic product development with Aratana Therapeutics and biopharmaceutical raw material supply and contract manufacturing service offerings with Sigma Aldrich. In addition to his MBA Mason earned his BA in Biology and graduate course work in Biochemistry along with continued education and training in sales and marketing.
