Kayla Martin, ACLS, CCLA, has extensive experience in the insurance and staffing industries. Since October 2016, Kayla has held multiple positions at Sentry, progressing from Claims Representative to Claims Representative Specialist Sr, focusing on Transportation and Commercial Auto Liability. Prior to Sentry, Kayla worked as a recruiter at Remedy Intelligent Staffing, where responsibilities included job posting, candidate screening, and compliance with recruitment policies. Previous roles also include a Key Holder position at Sears and a Store Manager Intern role at Kohl's, where Kayla demonstrated strong customer service skills and team leadership. Kayla holds a Bachelor's degree in Retail Management and Merchandising from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and has international educational experience from Lorenzo de’ Medici.
