Ryan Shepard, SCLA, is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry with extensive experience in claims management. Currently serving as Claims Manager for Auto Material Damage at Sentry since September 2018, Ryan has previously held key positions at Integrity Insurance as Auto Liability and Property Claims Manager, and at Esurance as Liability Claims Manager. Ryan's career began at Progressive Insurance, progressing from Senior Multiline Representative to Team Lead. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
