Eric Estep MS is currently the President for Central US at Sentry Safety Solutions, a position held since 2024. Previously, they served as President of Tactical Safety Solutions from 2015 to 2025 and as Vice President of Field Operations at UCI from 2009 to 2025, where they focused on maximizing human resource effectiveness and promoting leadership development. Eric began their career as a Full Cycle Recruiter at Cessna Aircraft Company from 2007 to 2009. They hold a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from Kansas State University.
