Chang Yate Tan has extensive experience in programme management and risk management within the financial sector. Currently serving as Chief Programme Officer at SEO London since March 2016, Chang has held multiple programme management roles in banking, alternative investments, and technology fields. Prior to this, a career break was taken for travel from January 2014 to March 2016 after a significant tenure at Nomura from January 2009 to January 2014, where Chang was promoted to Vice President and participated in a leadership program. Earlier career stages included positions at PwC overseeing Lehman Brothers' European operations, and at Lehman Brothers itself, focusing on structured credit trading and risk management. Chang started in finance as a summer intern at JP Morgan. An academic background in economics was completed at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2006.
