Emma Welker has extensive work experience in various roles. Emma started their career as a Customer Service Advocate at Target in 2014, where they greeted customers, facilitated product returns, and suggested alternative options to enhance sales, resulting in a 12% sales improvement in 2017. Emma also maintained a credit card conversion average of 13%.

In 2018, Emma was promoted to the position of Tech Department Owner at Target. In this role, they managed a team of 10 employees, provided customer assistance in locating merchandise, and recommended suitable options to boost sales. Under their leadership, sales increased by 17% in 2021.
