Spike Jee

Spike Jee is a Senior Vice President of Software Engineering at 서울로보틱스 since February 2025, focusing on building a leading engineering organization for self-driving technology. Previously, as the Director of Engineering at 우아한형제들 (Woowa Bros.) from October 2021 to January 2025, Spike led a Robotics Lab team of over 70 individuals, developing AI-powered autonomous delivery robots. From February 2021 to October 2021, Spike served as a Senior Staff Software Engineer at Gauss Labs, where responsibilities included designing source code policies. A decade-long tenure at Google from January 2008 to February 2021 encompassed roles as a Senior Software Engineer, focusing on container, cloud computing, and security technologies, as well as working on various projects such as Google TV and Google News. Spike began a career at Daewoo Electronics as a Senior Research Engineer, leading hardware and firmware initiatives for multimedia embedded devices. Educational qualifications include a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from 한국과학기술원 (KAIST).
