Nolan Cauley has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Starting in 2014, they worked as a Banquet Server at Blu Falls Arts & Events Center. In 2015, they joined Goodrich Quality Theaters as a Concessionist/Box office/Usher, and stayed in that role until 2018. During this time, they also worked as a Server at Houlihan's Restaurants, Inc. for a few months in 2018. In the same year, they briefly worked at Cabela's as a Customer Service Outfitter. In 2019, they joined Asbury Automotive Group as a Cleanup associate, responsible for preparing vehicles for customers. They also worked as a Student Assistant at Indiana University Bloomington and later as a Student Assistant at RPS: Movies, Media, & Music Library. In 2020, Nolan participated in the S.O.S. Challenge at TechPoint, where they worked as a Software developer for the COVID-19 emergency response. They then had a role as a Senior Guest Advisor/Key Holder at GameStop. Currently, they are working as a Software Engineer 1 at SEP, starting in 2021.

Nolan Cauley obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Indiana University Bloomington, completing their education from 2017 to 2021. Additionally, they acquired the following certifications: Agile Foundations from LinkedIn in June 2021, Python Data Analysis from LinkedIn in June 2021, and C++ Essential Training from LinkedIn in May 2021.
