Karen Zhou

Karen Zhou is an experienced HR leader currently serving as HR Vice President and Greater China HR Head at 丝芙兰中国 since July 2022. Prior to this role, Karen was the China HR Head at Perfetti Van Melle from March 2021 to July 2022, managing a comprehensive HR team for a workforce of 4,500 employees. Karen's previous experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at Shanghai Disney Resort, overseeing HR for 12,000 employees, and multiple HR leadership positions at The Coca-Cola Company. With a strong educational background that includes a Global EMBA from China Europe International Business School and an MBA from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, Karen has developed expertise in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development throughout a diverse career spanning over two decades.
