Aidan Perez has extensive experience in the beauty and retail industry, currently serving as Flagship Operations Leader at SEPHORA's Disney Springs location since March 2020. Responsibilities include overseeing brand events, maintaining beauty service health and safety guidelines, and enhancing client loyalty through education and client servicing. Aidan has previously held roles at SEPHORA as Sales and Services Leader and Interim Stage Experience and Services Lead, in addition to starting as a Licensed Beauty Advisor and Beauty Advisor.
