Aimee Cochran

Aimee Cochran is an experienced training and development professional who served as the Director of Field Training & Development at Sephora from 2018 to 2024. In this role, Aimee established a new Field Training function and led a team of 30 to deliver comprehensive training for over 10,000 field employees. Previously, Aimee held various positions at Sephora, where responsibilities ranged from managing education logistics to driving program design and instructional innovations. Aimee earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of New Mexico in 2002 and is passionate about helping others unlock their potential through strategic problem-solving and collaboration.
