Ann Ramos has over 20 years of retail and customer service experience, currently serving as Store Director at SEPHORA since July 2011, where responsibilities include managing client service, people development, merchandising, and operational functions to ensure profitability and policy compliance. Prior to SEPHORA, Ann served as Co Manager and Sales Associate at EXPRESS from June 2000 to July 2011, focusing on quality store experiences and talent development. Ann also has experience as Sales and Catering Manager at Courtyard by Marriott from September 2002 to May 2005, where a 10% increase in sales and catering revenue was achieved.
